1. Returns

Returns must be requested within seven (30) days from the date the successful delivery status is displayed on the carrier’s system.

Email our customer service at [email protected] within 30 days to initiate a return/refund request. Any complaints after 30 days will NOT be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Products must be purchased from our store with valid transaction invoices or shipping labels and proof images.
  • The return/refund policy applies to products with wrong models, damages, and technical errors.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including packaging materials, blank warranty cards, books, and accessories (if any).

If we send you the correct item(s) and model(s), but they don’t fit, we will support you in exchanging them for another size. You are responsible for the return shipping fee based on your location.

Refund Rejection Conditions

Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • We sent the exact item(s) with the correct size and style.
  • Failure to follow our return instructions and provide required information.
  • Products received as free gifts accompany the purchase.

2. Refund/Return Instructions

Initiating a Return/Refund:

Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the package, including shipping labels, photos, or videos of evidence of the wrong/damaged/defective item.

We will not accept returns without proper guidance and approval.

Return Process

  • Upon agreement, the returned package will be shipped through a shipping agency (recommendation: USPS or UPS for customers in the US) with a tracking number.
  • The customer pays for the return fee. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • If conditions are met, we will refund the order value within the next 3-5 working days. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Refund Method

We will refund using the same method as the original payment, and the process may take 3-5 working days. If not received, contact us at [email protected] for quick assistance.

3. Ordering

For changes to shipping addresses or item variations, contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours. If canceling an order due to placing the wrong one, notify us within 12 hours from purchase:

  • If the replacement item(s) have the same price, we’ll correct the order.
  • If the replacement item(s) have a different price, we’ll provide a discount code for a new order. Any excess amount will be refunded to you.
